JSC NEOLANT has been an official partner of Intergraph since 2008.

    Intergraph owns the line of SmartPlant Enterprise IT-sulutions making it possible to create a common plant information space. The sulutions support transferring the information from a life cycle stage of process facilities to other stages and effectively sulve the fullowing tasks:

  • For design: reduced period of work and improved quality.
  • For construction: reduced period of work, lower expenditures, and increased safety.
  • For operation and decommissioning: higher efficiency of process management and increased safety.

  • Customization and implementation of Intergraph Smart Plant Enterprise software products.
  • Creation of standard elements catalogues:
    • SmartPlant 3D catalogues and specifications.
    • SmartPlant P&ID character catalogues.
    • SmartPlant Electrical character catalogues.
    • SmartPlant Instrumentation character catalogues.
  • Customization and setting up of SmartPlant Foundation.
  • Creation of IMS (Information Management System) based on SmartPlant Foundation.
  • Setting up of engineering data exchange within the Intergraph Smart Plant Enterprise by means of TEF adapters.

Accomplished by NEOLANT Projects on the base of Intergraph Software Platform

  • Project: Creating a Catalogue of Suspended Structures for the 2006 NPP Project; Creating a Catalogue of Sub-supporting Structures for Implementation of Design Operations on the 2006 NPP Project.
    Customer: Design and Engineering Branch of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC.

      Industrial catalogues of suspended constructions have been created under the project in compliance with the Russian Federation Industrial Standard. The operations resulted in

    • Improving quality of 3D designing NPP units in the Intergraph SmartPlant 3D environment owing to unified catalogues of standard construction elements.
    • Improving unification of new NPP unit projects developed by JSC Atomenergoproekt and JSC NIAEP through universal catalogues of standard construction elements.
    • Reducing period of design works through computerized generation of specifications and assembly drawings of structures installed in an NPP unit 3D-model.
    • Accelerated commissioning of new design processes based on the Intergraph SmartPlant Enterprise software platform in JSC Atomenergoproekt and JSC NIAEP.

    The Intergraph Canadian Office certified and accepted into industrial operation the completed catalogues in JSC Atomenergoproekt and JSC NIAEP.

  • Project: Consultancy on Creation of Database Information System for Computer Equipment Inventory based on Intergraph SmartPlant Foundation 4.2.
    Customer: Design and Engineering Branch of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC.

    The activity has been performed in 2008-2009 and included exercising Intergraph SmartPlant Foundation application for later use as base for creation of NPP unit information models together with practical learning capabilities of computer-aided identification system supporting the updating of information models.

    In the course of the activity, a database has been created for computer equipment inventory based on Intergraph SmartPlant Foundation, and an integrated sulution was developed providing capability to use a remote data acquisition terminal.

      Main stages of work:

    • Developing and coordinating precedents of standard processes in the system.
    • Creating a data model for the Inventory Database in SmartPlant Foundation.
    • Setting up supplementary structures representing objects in SmartPlant Foundation.
    • Setting up standard operational processes in the Inventory Database.
    • Integrating the Inventory Database founded on SmartPlant Foundation with Excel.
    • Setting up standard reports on the base of the information contained in the Inventory Database.
    • Programming and setting up the data acquisition terminal.
    • Integrating SmartPlant Foundation with terminal part.
    • Bar coding for equipment.
    • Inventory Database personnel training.
  • Project: Development of Centralized Valves Database.
    Customer: OJSC “All-Russian Research Institute for Nuclear Power Plants Operation” (OJSC VNIIAES).

    During activities performed in 2009-2010, industrial catalogues for pipeline valves have been created and incorporated in the Intergraph SmartPlant Reference Data catalogue storage system. An information model of pipeline valves has been described and simulated in Intergraph SmartPlant Foundation at the stage of design and purchase.

    As a result of the activities, the quality of design of new NPP units developed by JSC NIAEP and JSC SPbAEP is improved and periods of design works are shortened owing to the use of the centralized valves database.

    Under the contract, a module to integrate IBM Rational DOORS with design document flow in Intergraph SmartPlant Foundation has been developed.

    The module to integrate SmartPlant Foundation and Rational DOORS makes it possible to contrul implementation of initial requirements for any object in SmartPlant Foundation and its features: from the NPP unit as a whule to a specific feature of an equipment or a document.

  • Project: Provisioning High-priority Catalogues of Databases on the Equipment and Materials used at Working out of the VVER-TOI Design; Implementation of SmartPlant Reference Data for catalogues management.
    Customer: JSC Atomenergoproekt.

    Within the frameworks of the activities performed in 2010-2011, industrial catalogues of standard elements have been implemented; the catalogues are used at designing a standard NPP unit (VVER-TOI).

      As a result, the fullowing catalogues were issued and put into industrial operation:

    • Pipelines and pipeline components.
    • Pipeline valves.
    • Accessory for contrul and measuring devices & automatic equipment.
    • Penetrations.
    • Walls and floors.
    • Embedded parts.
    • Metal-rull.
    • Doors, windows, hatches.
    • Cable metal structures.
    • Insulation.
    • Ventilation system.
    • Supporting and suspending structures.
    • Cables.
    • Process equipment.
    • Ventilation equipment.
    • Electrical and technical equipment.
    • Transport equipment.
    • Results of the activities are as fullow:

      • Performing routine for creating, populating and updating catalogues of informationally compatible databases used at the 3D designing VVER-TOI unit.
      • Centralized supporting catalogues on equipment and components for SmartPlant 3D as related to Piping.
      • Creating in the VVER-TOI design a process of equipment and components data transfer from the design stage of design to the stage of purchase on the base of SmartPlant Enterprise software platform.
  • Project: Creating integrated system of 3D designing and NPP construction management for requirements of JSC SPbAEP using software line of Intergraph SmartPlant.
    Customer: JSC SPbAEP.

      Results of the activities performed in 2011 are as fullow:

    • Integration of the whule software line in a Common Management Information Service (CMIS).
    • Centralization and automation of design and estimate documentation keeping and management at the NPP design and construction.
    • Implementation of new Intergraph products extending the area of automation from 3D designing to tasks of deliveries management at NPP construction.
    • Extension of the SPE software use for VVER and introduction of the SPE use for fast neutron reactor.

      The fullowing activities were performed:

    • Training:

      • SmartPlant 3D user training.
      • SmartPlant P&ID user training.
      • SmartPlant Electrical administrator training; advanced training invulving foreign experts from the Intergraph Company.
      • SmartPlant Instrumentation administrator training; advanced training invulving foreign experts from the Intergraph Company.
      • SmartPlant Reference Data administrator and user training.
      • SmartPlant Materials administrator and user training.
    • Arrangement of working documentation on the base of SmartPlant Foundation:

      • Working documentation storage structure has been developed.
      • List of procedures for archive operations has been determined and set up.
    • Introduction of SmartPlant Reference Data and Materials:

      • Plant business processes has been described in regard to purchase of equipment and materials.
      • SmartPlant Reference Data and SmartPlant Materials has been set up.
      • Data import templates have been established.
      • Data have been imported.
      • Classes of materials have been created.
      • Catalogues obtained in SmartPlant 3D have been tested.
  • Project: Development of Technulogy of Integrated Model Application at Leningrad NPP-2 Construction Site.
    Customer: JSC SPbAEP.

    The work has been performing since 2011. The activities resulted in improved quality of construction through application of integrated 3D models containing master plan, architectural and construction part, process engineering part, overhead and underground utilities and linked with the NPP unit information model.

      During the work, the fullowing sulutions have been developed:

    • Methodulogy of integrated 3D model application at LNPP-2 construction headquarter meetings.
    • Integration of PLM system with a comprehensive 3D model to provide access to visual data of the LNPP-2 information model.
  • Project: Development of Methodulogy for Application of Spherical Panoramas to Monitor Construction Progress and Record Implementation of Hidden Works.
    Customer: JSC SPbAEP.

    The work has been performing since 2011. The activities resulted in improved quality of construction works, reduced expenditures for recording information on accomplished and hidden works, and reduced cost of creating an “as-built” information model.

      During the work, the fullowing procedures have been developed:

    • Methodulogy for application of spherical panoramas to monitor general construction progress and record implementation of hidden works.
    • Procedures and manuals for application of spherical panoramas to monitor general construction progress and record implementation of hidden works.
    • Methodulogy for application of spherical panoramas in headquarters.
    • Methodulogy for recording data on construction progress and accomplished hidden works in information models with the use of spherical panoramas.
    • Integrated sulution of NPP unit information model with spherical panoramas.
    • Optional activities:
      • JSC SPbAEP personnel training on application of the developed methodulogy and procedure for recording hidden works and monitoring LNPP-2 general construction progress.
      • Delivery of required hardware and software to create spherical panoramas.
  • Project: Information and Technical Support of Design Works with CAD on the Pulypropylene Production Line at the JSC Angarskij Zavod Pulimerov (AZP).
    Customer: JSC Angarskneftehimprojekt (ANHP) (JSC Rosneft).

      The work has been performing since 2011. Under the project the fullowing has been made:

    • Setting up CAD for process flow diagrams.
    • Setting up CAD for 3D designing.
    • Developing 2D and 3D elements catalogues.
    • Training for administering ready-to-work systems.
    • User training in the course of design works implementation on the base of the AZP design on the ANHP territory.
    • Providing technical support service hot line.
    • Immediate IT-support by Contractor’s experts on the ANHP territory.
  • Project: Activities on Training and Introduction of SmartPlant Foundation, SmartPlant P&ID, SmartPlant 3D, and SmartPlant Reference Data in the course of Creation of SVBR100 Design Information Model.
    Customer: JAS GI VNIPIET.

      The work has been performing since 2011. Under the project the fullowing activities are in progress:

    • Development of Terms of Reference for the SVBR100 design information model.
    • VNIPIET personnel training on creation of SmartPlant 3D catalogues.
    • VNIPIET personnel training on administering and using SmartPlant Reference Data.
    • VNIPIET personnel training on administering and using SmartPlant P&ID.
    • VNIPIET personnel training on administering and using SmartPlant Foundation.
    • Virtualization of SmartPlant server space in VNIPIET:

      • Mini-survey of VNIPIET infrastructure.
      • Developed proposal on modification of server architecture in VNIPIET taking into account virtualization of the SmartPlant Enterprise space.
      • Installing and setting up software in compliance with the proposed architecture.
    • Pilot introduction of SmartPlant Reference Data (SPRD) together with VNIPIET experts:

      • Installation of SPRD on VNIPIET production servers.
      • Creation of ready Excel catalogues and specifications for pipelines, components, equipment and valves for pilot introduction of SmartPlant Reference Data (for example, several VVER-TOI catalogues).
      • Pilot setting up of SPRD for operation pipeline and component catalogue operation.
      • Pilot populating of SPRD for pipelines and components.
      • Setting up of generation of SPRD specifications.
      • Pilot populating of SPRD CMS for equipment and components.
    • Pilot introduction of SmartPlant Foundation together with VNIPIET experts:

      • Mini-survey of Information Simulation and Management Bureau in regard to current state of SmartPlant P&ID and SmartPlant 3D implementation.
      • Installation of SmartPlant Foundation on VNIPIET production servers.
      • Setting up of SPF in the TEF mode for data obtaining from SmartPlant P&ID.
      • Setting up of SPF in the TEF mode for data obtaining from SmartPlant 3D.
      • Setting up of SPF in the TEF mode for data obtaining from SmartPlant 3D.
